Solution Design Lead

Key Responsibilities

· Design & Architecture: Lead end-to-end design for in-scope Controls, ensuring technical solutions are robust, secure, and scalable.

· Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior stakeholders, Control owners, and developers to align technical solutions with business goals.

· Governance & Standards: Support the governance and standards outlined in the organisation’s change framework methodology.

· Ways of working: Ability to work in an Agile methodology.

What you will need to succeed in the role: (Minimum Qualification and Skills Required)

· Experience: Proven experience in solution technical design.

· Technical Skills: Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, systems integration, and cloud platforms.

· Leadership: Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

· Communication: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

· Analytical Skills: Expert problem-solving skills with the ability to manage technical constraints and prioritization.
