Owen Reed is looking for a Corporate Travel Assistant for a top law firm in either Bath, Bristol, or Oxford.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to support Partners and staff with business travel arrangements across the firm. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating cost-effective and efficient travel solutions while delivering a high level of administrative and client service support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange business travel including flights, trains, hotels, and related reservations
  • Research and compare travel and accommodation options to identify the most suitable arrangements
  • Prepare and distribute detailed travel itineraries and schedules
  • Assist with travel approvals and monitor travel expenses in line with company policies
  • Manage travel cancellations, refunds, and maintain accurate travel records
  • Support ESG reporting through updating and maintaining central travel data
  • Assist travellers with visa, passport, and other travel documentation requirements
  • Provide administrative support under the guidance of the Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner
  • Act as a key point of contact for travel-related enquiries and build strong internal relationships
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with firm policies and data protection procedures
  • Support a collaborative and professional working culture across the firm

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience within travel coordination, travel administration, or corporate travel support
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and proactive approach to work
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
