Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join a well established and highly regarded law firm in Surrey.

This position would suit an ambitious and confident conveyancing professional looking to join a supportive and forward thinking team that offers high quality work, genuine career progression, and a collaborative working environment.

The Role

You will manage your own varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Re-mortgages
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership matters

About You

The successful candidate will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor, FCILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer with ideally 2-5+ years’ PQE/equivalent experience
• Have strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential conveyancing
• Be confident managing a busy caseload independently
• Possess excellent communication and client care skills
• Have a proactive and commercially minded approach
• Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team
