I am currently partnered with a global Consumer brand who are looking for a high‑calibre Corporate Head of Strategy to join their team in London (Hybrid). This role offers broad scope across key decision making processes through regular executive level engagement. You will lead end‑to‑end strategic workstreams, generate insights that inform long‑term direction, and produce Board‑ready materials that influence the organisation’s most critical choices. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a consulting background or strong in‑house strategy experience.
- Lead across strategic projects from generation through to delivery with key involvement throughout the cycle
- Develop high‑quality Board and Executive reporting materials, including storylines, synthesis, analysis, and governance.
- Partner with Finance, Procurement, and regional teams to shape strategy.
- Conduct rigorous analysis, simplifying complexity and translating insights into clear narratives.
- Coach and develop junior team members through personal development plans
- Present insights to senior stakeholders, supporting decision‑making at the highest levels.
The ideal candidate will possess up to 10 years’ experience within a leading consulting firm and/or corporate strategy in a consumer (FMCG/Retail/Hospitality) environment with demonstrated ability to deliver best in class output. The nature of the role will require those with excellent analytical and financial modelling capability to deliver clear narratives to a range of departments. You will be confident engaging with a variety of senior stakeholders.
