As the Senior Electrical Engineer at Anasuria, you play a key role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical systems onboard our FPSO. You are responsible for providing technical expertise and discipline leadership to support the planning and execution of critical maintenance activities, ensuring equipment is maintained in line with regulatory and company requirements. 


The role is focused on maintaining electrical system integrity, managing discipline-based risks, and supporting operational decision-making to maximise asset uptime and performance. You will work closely with offshore teams, vendors, and cross-discipline engineers to ensure effective maintenance delivery, defect management, and compliance with the asset’s safety and performance standards 


In addition, you will proactively identify and deliver improvement initiatives across safety, emissions reduction, and asset life extension. This includes optimising maintenance strategies within the CMMS, improving reliability performance, and supporting continuous improvement of maintenance planning and execution processes to ensure long-term asset sustainability.
