I’m working on a Senior Land Manager opportunity with a national house builder in Yorkshire that is entering a new phase under fresh leadership, with a real focus on strengthening the land function and driving a more proactive, commercially focused approach across the business.

This is a key hire.

You’d be working closely with senior leadership to help shape the future land strategy, influence decision making, and play a genuine role in evolving how opportunities are identified, assessed and brought through the business.

The role will involve:

▪️ Identifying and securing new residential development opportunities across Yorkshire

▪️ Managing acquisitions through negotiation and completion

▪️ Working closely with planning, technical and commercial teams on viability and delivery strategy

▪️ Building and strengthening relationships with agents, landowners, local authorities and housing associations

▪️ Bringing fresh thinking, market insight and momentum into an evolving team structure

They’re looking for someone who understands the Yorkshire market properly, has strong industry relationships, and wants to be part of something where they can genuinely make an impact rather than just maintain the status quo.
