Role Overview:
- Report directly to and collaborate with the leadership team to achieve performance targets.
- Manage diverse housing cases efficiently.
- Contribute to departmental training and development.
- Handle various housing cases, including homelessness, disrepair, eviction, and more.
- Prepare funding applications for the Legal Aid Agency.
- Draft documents, including witness statements, and manage evidence.
- Attend conferences and court proceedings.
- Showcase professionalism, excellent client care, and an interest in business development.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years PQE in Housing and Litigation, including court representation.
- Ideally, experience as a Duty Advisor under the Housing Possession Court Duty Scheme.
- Knowledge of welfare rights and community care issues is advantageous.
- Must possess a valid Practicing Certificate.
- Strong management skills.
- Supervisory experience focusing on key performance indicators.
- Proactive and professional with excellent client care skills.
- Networking and communication skills to contribute to firm growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management.
- Previous legal sector experience is preferred.
- Ability to manage social media for company promotion.
