Hays are partnering with a well-established, global organisation to recruit a Recruitment Advisor on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing HR team and support end-to-end recruitment across a multi-site, fast-paced environment.

The Role

As a Recruitment Advisor, you will support the delivery of efficient, high-quality recruitment processes across the business. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure roles are filled with the right talent in a timely and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a consistent and compliant approach

Act as a key point of contact for hiring managers and candidates, providing guidance throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Utilise ATS systems to manage applications and ensure smooth recruitment workflows

Work closely with HR and marketing teams to identify effective recruitment channels and attraction strategies

Ensure delivery against KPIs and SLAs such as time-to-hire and quality of hire

Support high-volume recruitment activity across multiple locations

Attend and support assessment centres for graduates, apprentices, and early careers programmes

Liaise with external recruitment agencies and suppliers

About You

Proven experience within in-house or agency recruitment

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practice

Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously

Experience using ATS systems (e.g. Taleo, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.)

Desirable

Experience working within a large corporate or multi-site organisation

Exposure to early careers / graduate recruitment

Knowledge of UK employment law and HR processes
