Account Manager (Client Success) - IT Solutions Provider
London (Hybrid) | £40,000–£50,000 + OTE £60,000–£70,000
A growing and highly regarded technology services provider is looking for a relationship-driven Account Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of established client relationships within a collaborative and supportive environment.
This role sits at the heart of the business and is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client partnerships, understanding people as well as technology, and ensuring customers receive exceptional service.
The Role:
You will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their technology services deliver real value. This is not a heavily sales-driven role, success comes from building trust, maintaining strong relationships, and staying organised around account performance.
The position is approximately 80% relationship management and 20% commercial/account oversight.
