HVAC Maintenance Engineer – Towcester

We are currently recruiting for an HVAC Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established business based in Towcester. This is a hands-on role supporting the servicing, repair and maintenance of HVAC and building services equipment across the site, ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently.

Location: Towcester

Type: Temp to Perm

Key responsibilities:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance

• Servicing and fault-finding on HVAC systems and associated equipment

• Maintaining air conditioning, ventilation, heating and refrigeration systems

• Supporting airflow management and air change requirements across site

• Working on fan wall systems and related ventilation equipment

• Ensuring maintenance documentation and health & safety standards are maintained

Requirements:

• Previous experience within HVAC maintenance or building services maintenance

• Knowledge of air conditioning, ventilation, heating or refrigeration systems

• Understanding of air changes, airflow management and fan wall systems

• Ability to fault-find and work independently

• Relevant qualifications such as FGas, NVQ or City & Guilds are beneficial
