This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Contracts Manager based in Newcastle. The role involves overseeing contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, coordinating project timelines, and managing budgets. Responsibilities include reviewing and negotiating contracts, maintaining relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful project completion within scope and deadlines. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining project efficiency.
