Position: Project Manager (PM)

Organization

• Function: Project Management, Power Transmission Project Operations
• Line supervisor: Director Project Management
• Operational supervisor: Steering Committee, Project Director, Project Portfolio Director (PDD), Management Representative

Context

• The Power Transmission Project Operations section is responsible for execution of turnkey and offshore projects within the business group
• The Project Manager role is the operational head of a defined project, organized in the Projects section and acting as responsible for one or more projects
• First level of escalation from the project manager is the Project Director or an appointed management representative for supervision
• The matrix organization of the project management requires good communication and information at the interface between vertical and horizontal axis
• The team is spread between several locations and may support execution activities ongoing in different plants and sites
• A project manager is expected to be capable of heading standard EPC and EPCI projects
