SAP S/4 Hana Public Cloud Finance Industry Principal Consultant

Hybrid: 3 days per week in office

Location: Canary Wharf, London or at a commutable distance

Hiring process: 2 technical interviews and a HR call

Salary: £110,000 - £120,000 Gross/a DOE + 15%-20% bonus depending of seniority + amazing benefits package

For this opportunity you should have experience in S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance implementations, S/4 Hana Public Cloud professional service Finance Professional Services implementations. The role requires working three days per week on site, and candidates should be open to travel as required.

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Industry Principal – SAP (IPCON) to play a key leadership role within our European SAP Practice. This is a high-impact position for an experienced SAP leader with deep S/4HANA Finance expertise and a strong track record of delivering complex, enterprise-wide transformation programs.

You will define SAP transformation strategies, advise C-level stakeholders, architect end-to-end solutions, and drive delivery excellence across SAP S/4HANA initiatives - particularly within finance-led and services-industry transformations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and shape SAP S/4HANA transformation vision for enterprise clients
• Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs and CXOs, driving business value through SAP
• Architect and govern end-to-end SAP Finance solutions
• Lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud programs
• Ensure delivery excellence, quality, and risk management across engagements
• Contribute to practice growth through thought leadership, mentoring, and pre-sales support

Required Experience

• Hands-on leadership experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud – Finance implementations
• Strong background in the Services Industry
• Solid understanding of:
• General Ledger, fiscal year variants, period-end close
• Consolidation, statutory reporting, and localization
• Intercompany accounting, eliminations, and reconciliation
• Cash management, bank integration, and multi-bank connectivity
• Time & Expense management systems
• Revenue Recognition processes

Preferred Experience

• Knowledge of Three-System Landscape (3SL) and parallel landscapes
• Integration experience with systems such as CRM, Concur, Time Entry, and Data Warehouses
• Exposure to e-invoicing / e-billing solutions
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM)
