The role
- Own end-to-end growth strategy across paid social and search for DTC clients
- Act as a true growth partner – not just running ads, but shaping business outcomes
- Lead on client relationships, strategy, and performance direction
- Drive creative strategy and testing frameworks alongside specialist teams
- Get involved in new business and onboarding, shaping how the agency grows
- Work cross-functionally with data science and creative teams to unlock scale

- 4+ years in performance marketing / growth roles (agency or DTC brand side)
- Strong experience across paid social and/or PPC with a strategic mindset
- Proven ability to turn data into growth decisions, not just reporting
