Responsibilities
- Lead technical due diligence instructions across commercial assets
- Deliver project monitoring reports for development schemes
- Manage multiple instructions ensuring technical and commercial accuracy
- Act as primary client contact for advisory and reporting matters
- Oversee surveying inputs across projects valued up to £150m
Requirements
- MRICS qualified Building Surveyor
- Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
- Experience delivering technical due diligence and project monitoring
- Background across commercial, industrial, retail or residential assets
- Strong technical reporting and commercial management capability
Salary & Package
- £60,000 - £70,000 base salary
- 15% contractual bonus
