Type: Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days WFH

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

We're working with a well-established British men's grooming brand - a name with genuine heritage in the barbershop world, growing fast across DTC, wholesale and retail. They're looking for a Stock & Supply Chain Analyst to join a close-knit team and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly as the business scales.

Sitting within the finance team, this is a broad, hands-on role with real visibility across operations, sales and NPD - ideal for someone early in their supply chain or planning career who wants more than a narrow remit.

Stock Management

• Monitor stock across multiple locations and markets
• Support channel allocation and availability
• Flag overstock, low stock and supply risks
• Assist with stock takes and inventory accuracy

Forecasting

• Maintain rolling forecasts by SKU and channel
• Work with sales and marketing on promotions planning
• Analyse sales data to identify trends
• Support budgeting with stock inputs

Logistics & Supply chain

• Coordinate with warehouses, 3PLs and freight partners
• Track inbound and outbound shipments
• Resolve delivery and stock issues
• Help manage logistics costs and efficiency

NPD & Reporting

• Support new product launches from a stock perspective
• Maintain weekly stock and sales reports
• Track availability metrics and surface risks clearly
• Work cross-functionally on process improvement

What we're looking for

• 1–3 years in supply chain, logistics, merchandising or stock planning
• Comfortable working with data (Excel is essential)
• Organised, detail-oriented and proactive
• Clear and confident communicator who can work across different teams
• Interest in retail, beauty or consumer goods is a plus
