Leadenhall Search & Selection is a growing recruitment business experiencing 35% year-on-year growth, with expansion plans into the US. We’re an ambitious, collaborative, fast-paced team looking for an Operations Executive to support the day-to-day running of the business.

We’re looking for an organised and reliable Operations Executive to support the Head of HR & Operations across business operations, office management, administrative functions, and wider business support initiatives.

This is a hands-on role focused on keeping the operational and administrative side of the business running smoothly, so our sales team can operate efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support

• Assist with onboarding new hires

• Help maintain systems, records, and documentation across the business

• Maintain HR systems (SageHR) and employee records

• Send contracts and manage documentation

• Track appraisals and support internal processes

• Assist with internal recruitment coordination (e.g. scheduling interviews, candidate comms)

• Support payroll processes, benefits admin, and expense management

• Liaise with external providers (IT, suppliers, building management)

• Raise and manage tickets/issues with suppliers

• Support general office organisation, supplies, and day-to-day needs

• Book training sessions and maintain training schedules

• Support the planning and coordination of company events (e.g. socials, Christmas parties, incentive trips)

• Coordinate travel where required

• Support the wider business with internal and external marketing initiatives

• Assist with the creation of sales documents and client proposal materials

• Maintain and update the CRM/database to ensure information is accurate and up to date

• Keep up to date with recruitment industry news and market trends to support the wider business

• Support ad hoc tasks as they arise


About You

Required:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Clear and professional communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Comfortable using Adobe Acrobat

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• An understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and insight into how a recruitment business operates

• Experience using LinkedIn and Canva
