Bar Supervisor

The Stage Door is a fast-paced, welcoming pub known for Pieminister Pies, great food, good energy, and genuine service. Were proud of the atmosphere weve built over the years and are looking for someone who can play a key role in leading the team, setting the tone on shift, and ensuring high standards are consistently maintained throughout the venue.
The Role
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy hospitality environment and naturally leads from the front. Youll be expected to take responsibility during service, support and guide the team, and help maintain a strong, professional, and positive working culture.
What Were Looking For
Previous experience in a busy pub or bar environment
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication and team management skills
Ability to perform well under pressure and lead by example
High standards in service, cleanliness, and organisation
Confident handling busy services and customer interaction
Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
Key Responsibilities
Supervising day-to-day bar operations
Leading and motivating the team during service
Ensuring standards are kept consistently high across all areas
Delivering excellent customer experiences
Opening and closing the venue responsibly
Supporting smooth communication between xwzovoh floor and kitchen
Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally
Working closely with management to maintain an efficient operation
