- £37,000 + Hybrid Working + Career Progression Artemis Human Capital are working in partnership with a successful and growing accountancy practice in South Belfast to appoint a Payroll Assistant Manager to their established payroll team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced payroll professional looking to step into a more senior position with leadership responsibilities while continuing to work closely with an impressive and varied client base.

The successful candidate will oversee payroll delivery for a portfolio of clients while supporting and mentoring junior team members within the department.

Responsibilities: Managing the delivery of client payroll services Reviewing payroll processing completed by junior staff Acting as a key point of contact for client queries Ensuring compliance with payroll legislation and HMRC requirements Supporting and mentoring junior payroll staff Assisting with process improvement initiatives within the team Criteria: Previous payroll experience within accountancy practice or bureau Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff advantageous Strong technical payroll knowledge Excellent client management skills xwzovoh Highly organised with strong attention to detail The Package: £35,000
