The Role
As Junior Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering high-quality dishes that meet and exceed AA Rosette standards. You will play a key role in the day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, creativity, and attention to detail in every plate.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in leading and motivating the kitchen team to deliver outstanding food quality
Maintain rosette-level presentation, flavour, and technique across all dishes
Support menu development, bringing fresh ideas and seasonal creativity
Ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance at all times
Help manage stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
Train and develop junior team members
About You
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a quality-led xwzovoh kitchen
Passion for delivering food to AA Rosette or similar fine dining standards
Strong knowledge of fresh ingredients, seasonality, and modern cooking techniques
A positive, hands-on attitude with excellent teamwork skills
Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining consistency
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
