The Role:
We are looking for a General Manager to take full ownership of the day-to-day operation – from building and training the team to overseeing service, managing suppliers, controlling costs, and ensuring a top-tier guest experience. You'll work in close collaboration with the owners, playing a key role in shaping the restaurant's culture and success from the ground up.
You need to be self sufficient and be up for tonnes of autonomy and be able to work closely with the kitchen team – collaboration is key!
Covers: 48 | Spend per Head: £50

Proven experience as a GM in a quality, independent restaurant
Someone who leads from the front and thrives on the floor
Strong xwzovoh operational skills – confident with P&L, GP%, ordering, and invoicing
A natural trainer and motivator who sets high standards
Fluent spoken and written English
