Barnet Council is seeking agency social workers for its Hospital team.
The role will last up to 12 months initially.
Paid at London rates.
The role will involve the following:
- Hospital social work posts.
- Provides a range of support and care services for older people, adults with a physical and learning disability and people with mental health needs both in the community and at home.
- Hospital discharge work
- Safeguarding

Requirements of the role:
- Qualified Social Worker
- Fully Social Work England registered
- Must have significant post-qualified experience in adult social care
- Must have hospital discharge / hospital social work experience
