About the role:The successful pastry chef will have the opportunity to be creative and plan and budget all of the pastry menus etc. A senior pastry Chef – Working alone as the sole pastry chef with support from a team of 11 chefs and the head chef as and when required. As the pastryy chef you will be running all of the pastry section whilst reporting into the head chef.
