Salary: Up to £29,400 per annum (DOE)

Position: Permanent, Full Time

We are looking for an experienced and detail‑driven individual to join our BMW Motorrad team as a Sales Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to build your career within one of the world’s most iconic motorcycle brands, supporting a high‑performing retail environment at Charles Hurst.

Our Sales Administrators play a key role in the smooth running of our Motorrad sales operation. You’ll work closely with our Sales Executives to provide accurate, efficient administrative support, ensuring every customer receives a first‑class experience from order to handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all required documentation is present and securely filed (V5, MOT history, service history, ownership records)
  • Taxing all sold motorcycles ahead of customer collection
  • Creating sales invoices promptly and accurately, ensuring all details match the customer order
  • Completing thorough checks on all sales documentation and confirming payment prior to releasing the motorcycle
  • Supporting the wider Motorrad sales team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks in a fast‑paced environment

  • Motor trade experience within a dealership environment is essential — motorcycle experience highly desirable
  • Strong administrative and IT skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • A proactive, organised individual who can work at pace
  • Confident communicator with a positive, can‑do attitude
