JCT600 is recruiting for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our Volkswagen dealership in Hull. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing leader to take ownership of a busy, fast‑paced retail environment and deliver exceptional results across sales, customer experience and team performance.
You will be responsible for leading and developing a successful sales team, ensuring strong client relationships, effective stock management and the ability to drive performance through a motivated and well‑coached team.
About You
- A strong track record as an established Sales Manager within a main dealer environment.
- Demonstrate expertise in client management, with focus on retention and customer experience.
- Solid experience in stock control.
- Strong people management skills, with the ability to coach, develop and motivate teams.
- Excellent commercial judgement and a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
- The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target driven environment.
- A professional and credible leadership style aligned with JCT600 values.
