Position Overview
We’re looking for an Agentic Product Owner to define, drive, and deliver the next generation of Condukt’s agentic platform capabilities. This role is central to how we turn real-time data and AI into intelligent, autonomous signals and workflows that help financial institutions make faster, safer, and more confident decisions.
You will own the product direction for our agentic experiences, from early concept and experimentation through production-scale delivery. Working at the intersection of product, engineering, AI, and customer teams, you’ll translate complex customer and regulatory needs into a clear product strategy and execution. Your work will directly shape how Condukt’s platform reasons, acts, and delivers value in highly regulated environments.

What you’ll do
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Condukt’s agentic and agent-powered product capabilities
- Turn customer needs, regulatory requirements, and market signals into clear product direction and measurable outcomes
- Define product requirements, agent behaviors, and system workflows with Engineering, Data Science, and AI/ML teams
- Deliver agentic workflows that combine real-time data, models, rules, and human-in-the-loop controls at production scale
- Ensure model outputs and explanations are reliable, trustworthy, and actionable for customers
- Balance experimentation, scalability, reliability, and compliance in live systems
- Communicate product behavior and trade-offs to customers through demos, pilots, and ongoing engagements
- Define and track success metrics across accuracy, latency, adoption, and business impact
- Iterate continuously using data, experimentation, and customer feedback
- Stay close to customers and advances in AI and applied data science to inform product direction
What you bring
- 5+ years of experience in product ownership or product management, ideally with AI-driven or data-intensive products
- Strong technical fluency across systems, data, and models, with the ability to work deeply with engineering and data teams
- Ability to clearly explain complex technical products to customers and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfort engaging directly with customers to gather feedback and guide product decisions
- Experience defining success metrics and using data to drive outcomes
- Background in regulated or high-stakes environments where reliability and trust are critical
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Bonus
- Experience building or shipping AI-driven products, workflows, or assistants
- Background in compliance, risk, identity, or regulated financial products
- Familiarity with LLMs, reinforcement learning, agent frameworks, or decision engines
- Prior experience in early-stage or high-growth startups
