Senior Tech – Housing Division
As the projects continue to come in for this buoyant architectural consultancy in their specialism of housing they are looking to add a Senior Tech to the talented ranks.
The office was set up 12 years ago and has 20 staff members across design, planning and technical who work with a wide range of clients.
Responsibilities
- Take control of bespoke, affordable and private housing developments post planning.
- Produce construction information.
- Cost control.
- Oversee the work from team members.
- Work with external consultants.
Qualifications
We would like to hear from applicants who have worked on housing projects and are proficient with AutoCAD. You should be able to run multiple projects and have a thorough understanding of construction legislation.
