An established practice, known for their high‑end residential architecture and interior design projects across London is now looking for a Project Architect/Project Runner to join them on a permanent basis. The role focuses on high‑end residential schemes, with responsibility for coordination, programme management, and stakeholder communication.

Your Experience

  • Job running experience (Part II or ARB‑registered Architect)
  • High‑end residential projects experience
  • Knowledge of UK planning system and Building Regulations
  • Contract administration processes (e.g. JCT)
  • AutoCAD and SketchUp proficiency

What You’ll Get

  • Hybrid working pattern including 1 day working from home each week
