Project Engineer

£37,000 – £40,000 + Training + Progression + Benefits.

Location: Beccles (remote possible from Norfolk, Suffolk, Norwich, Great Yarmouth, Thetford, Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge, Ipswich).

We are a multi‑million pound global manufacturer of robotics systems for industrial and manufacturing sectors. This role offers specialist training, long‑term job stability and a clear progression and development plan.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from sales & quotation through to design and commission for electro‑mechanical and robotics equipment for blue‑chip clients.
• Provide technical expertise as the go‑to expert on leading large scale projects.
• Project management – quoting, estimating, design, manufacture.
• Work on bespoke manufacture of robotics/automation.
• Collaborate with various departments throughout the project life‑cycle.
• Work Monday–Friday (37 hours contracted) – office based.

Qualifications

• Engineering background (mechanical, electrical, design).
• Experience in sales, mechanical or electrical engineering preferred.
• Looking for a project lead position.
• Commutable to Beccles.
