You’ll work closely with colleagues across the organisation to plan, deliver and evaluate high‐quality events.Key responsibilities will include:* Plan, manage and deliver an insight‐led programme of events* Project manage complex events, including large‐scale conferences and fundraising events* Work with internal stakeholders to deliver events against briefs, budgets and KPIs* Monitor performance and evaluate impact, using data and feedback to improve future delivery* Deliver event budgets, suppliers and contracts* Lead on event Health & Safety and ensure compliance with legislation and best practice* Share learning and champion innovation across the events portfolioWe’re looking for someone with:* Proven experience managing a range of events, including large or complex projects* Strong knowledge of event planning, compliance and best practice* Experience delivering to budgets, as well as managing suppliers and contracts* Confidence using data and insight to guide decisions* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills* The ability to manage multiple priorities and work with minimal supervision* Willingness to travel across the UK and work flexibly when requiredThis role requires extensive travel across the UK.
