Our client is an established privately‑owned MEP services contractor with over 20 years of experience, based in Glasgow. They specialise in pre‑fabrication, new installation and refurbishment across sectors such as commercial, education, leisure, accommodation, residential, MOD/MOJ, industrial, retail and health. They have work secured until 2028 and many projects in the pipeline. Project Managers are a valuable part of the business; the focus of this role will be to provide leadership, insight, direction and foresight in the safe and profitable delivery of schemes, while also providing excellent customer satisfaction and successfully developing a team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the mechanical services engineering elements from pre‑construction to project completion, including design and procurement.
  • Lead the full MEP works on site in terms of safety, quality, programme and budget, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead the overall MEP team, providing mentorship and leadership, ensuring correct integration with the wider construction team.
