Role: Structural Engineer
Location: Leeds
Salary: DOE
Our client specialises in the design and production of structural steel framed buildings, from industrial sheds to schools and hotels.
We are seeking a Chartered Engineer with a minimum of 3 years post‑graduate experience.
Responsibilities
- Strong experience in structural steelwork design, including relevant design codes and software.
- Juggle multiple projects and delegate work when necessary.
- Communicate confidently with clients, contractors, architects and other stakeholders.
- Work closely with an in‑house design team to see projects through from start to finish.
- Demonstrate good commercial awareness, particularly regarding project costs and financial considerations.
Qualifications
- Chartered Engineer (or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years post‑graduate experience.
