Role: Structural Engineer

Our client specialises in the design and production of structural steel framed buildings, from industrial sheds to schools and hotels.

We are seeking a Chartered Engineer with a minimum of 3 years post‑graduate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Strong experience in structural steelwork design, including relevant design codes and software.
  • Juggle multiple projects and delegate work when necessary.
  • Communicate confidently with clients, contractors, architects and other stakeholders.
  • Work closely with an in‑house design team to see projects through from start to finish.
  • Demonstrate good commercial awareness, particularly regarding project costs and financial considerations.

Qualifications

  • Chartered Engineer (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3 years post‑graduate experience.
