Your Role

  • Generate new business through outbound calls, networking, and market research
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Take detailed job briefs and act as a trusted advisor to clients
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to placement
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage a structured sales pipeline
  • Contribute to team targets and overall company growth

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales or recruitment, with a focus on business development
  • Confident and resilient communicator, comfortable with outbound activity
  • Adaptable and quick-thinking, able to respond to client needs effectively
  • Target-driven with a history of achieving or exceeding goals
  • Interest in IT or technology markets
  • Ambitious, energetic, and motivated to succeed

What You'll Get

  • Location: Epsom
  • Salary: Up to £35,000 + uncapped commission
  • Holiday: 20 days, increasing to 25 with service
