As a Domestic Assistant, you’ll be part of a team delivering high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our supported living environments for people with learning disabilities and autism.

Hourly Rate: £13.19 per hour

Contract Type: Part-Time (13 Hours)

About the Role

You’ll help create a safe and homely space by providing reliable, professional cleaning support throughout our schemes. Your duties will include:

  • General cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, bedrooms, and offices
  • Ensuring cleaning products and materials are well stocked and stored safely
  • Supporting infection control and following hygiene procedures in line with regulatory guidelines (including COVID-19 protocols)
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness to meet internal and external expectations
  • Building respectful, professional relationships with the people we support
  • Working flexibly across shifts to meet the needs of the service

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in cleaning, domestic work or similar
  • The ability to work on your own initiative with limited supervision
  • A strong sense of responsibility and pride in your work
  • A kind, respectful, and inclusive attitude
