Do you enjoy visualising complex findings and collaborating with data scientists, designers and consultants to drive behaviour change across FTSE100 organisations? Join a specialist employee‑experience team making real impact.

About the role

Join Ipsos Karian and Box, a focused community of employee‑experience experts, as a Senior Research Executive supporting employee listening programmes for FTSE100 and other major clients. This role offers hands‑on technical work, direct client engagement, and exposure to varied projects across a boutique‑style team with the resources and reach of a global research business.

About you

  • Proficient in R (and/or other statistical tools) and advanced Excel; experience with DisplayR desirable.
  • Experienced in employee listening programmes or related employee experience research.
  • Proactive, collaborative team player who works well with data scientists, designers and project managers.
  • Proficiency in AI use and adoption to speed analysis, synthesis and improve client deliverables.
  • Resilient, solutions‑focused and motivated to learn and progress.

Essential skills

  • Practical experience with quantitative analysis (sampling, segmentation, regression) and qualitative synthesis.
  • Proficiency in R and advanced Excel for data preparation and analysis.
  • Ability to create clear, engaging visualisations and narrative‑led reports (DisplayR experience a plus).
  • Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present insights to stakeholders.
  • Experience working on employee listening programmes or organisational research projects.
  • Familiarity with working in multidisciplinary teams and translating analysis into practical recommendations.
  • Proficiency in AI tools to enhance efficiency and insight generation.

Desirable skills

  • Advanced degree in a related discipline (e.g., Psychology, Statistics, Organisational Behaviour).
  • Experience using DisplayR or similar report‑building platforms.
  • Prior exposure to FTSE100 or large corporate clients and stakeholder workshops.
  • Knowledge of CRM/client management systems and working in matrixed environments.
  • Experience applying advanced analysis techniques beyond basics (e.g., predictive models, clustering).
  • Track record of contributing to programme design or proposition development.
  • Experience working alongside data scientists and integrating their outputs into client‑ready narratives.
