Project Manager

Location: Thiepval Barracks, Lisburn. Shift: 40 Hours – Monday to Friday.

We're looking for a Project Manager to lead and deliver projects safely, on time and within budget, ensuring high standards of quality, compliance and customer satisfaction across our client portfolio.

Please note: To be successful, you must gain the passing of an SC Clearance to work on site.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end delivery of projects, from mobilisation through to completion and handover
  • Plan, monitor and control project programmes, budgets and resources to ensure successful outcomes
  • Lead and coordinate internal teams, contractors and suppliers to deliver against agreed objectives
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation, company procedures and contractual requirements
  • Manage risks, issues and change control, escalating where required
  • Provide clear reporting on progress, performance and financial position to stakeholders and clients

Required Qualifications

  • Project management qualification or equivalent experience (e.g. PRINCE2, APM, PMP desirable)
  • Relevant technical or operational background aligned to the contract
  • Full UK driving licence (travel is other MOD sites in Northern Ireland may be needed)

  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and forecasts
