Essential Criteria

• 2 years experience in a high end cocktail environment
• Spirit knowledge
• Classic cocktail knowledge
• Running and scheduling a team
• Track record of training staff

Desirable Criteria

• A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar supervisory role is desirable.
