Production Technician

Join a global pharmaceutical manufacturer in Watford, where your work directly contributes to the production of life-changing medicines. We're looking for hands-on, detail-driven Production Technicians who thrive in a fast-paced, high-compliance environment.
What you'll be doing:
Running and monitoring large-scale production equipment in a cleanroom setting
Following GMP and SOPs to ensure every product meets strict quality standards
Carrying out in-process checks and maintaining accurate batch documentation
Supporting production line changeovers, setups, and hygiene routines
Driving continuous improvement across safety, efficiency, and quality
What we're looking for:
Experience in a GMP-regulated environment (pharmaceutical, chemical, food, or similar)
A keen eye for detail and strong documentation skills
Reliable and proactive, with the ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 4-on, 4-off pattern
A valid driving licence and access to your own transport (due to shift patterns)
