We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead production operations and manage over 100 people, ensuring safe, efficient and cost-effective manufacturing while delivering high-quality products on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production to meet quality, cost and delivery targets
- Plan and coordinate production schedules to optimise efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement and reduce waste
- Lead, develop and engage the production team
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards
- Monitor performance, control costs and report on KPIs
