  • Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

Desirable:

  • Experience leading technical support, NOC, or service desk teams
  • Strong incident management and escalation handling skills
  • Background in network operations or IT support environments
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience working within ITIL/SLA-driven environments
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a 24/7 operation
