Interim HRIS Project Manager / HRIS Implementation Lead
We're partnering with a global organisation to appoint an experienced Interim HRIS Project Manager / HRIS Implementation Lead to support Phase 2 of a major global HR systems implementation.
Following the successful completion of Phase 1 by the US team, this role will take ownership of the international rollout across the UK, Germany, and Romania, covering 7 legal entities and approximately 450 employees.
This is a hands-on delivery role suited to someone with strong HRIS implementation experience who can independently drive timelines, coordinate stakeholders across multiple regions, and ensure a smooth international deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end international rollout of the new platform
- Act as the key liaison between international stakeholders and the US implementation team
- Coordinate implementation activities across multiple countries and legal entities
- Support data migration, process mapping, system testing, training, and go-live activities
- Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution
- Ensure consistency in global HR processes, workflows, and reporting
- Drive stakeholder engagement and provide regular project updates
- Support change management and adoption across international teams
Required Experience
- Proven experience delivering HRIS implementations or HR transformation projects
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience working across multi-country and/or multi-entity environments
- Ability to work autonomously and manage delivery in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of HR operations, processes, and systems
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across global teams
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience implementing or working with Rippling
- Experience with other global HR platforms such as Workday, HiBob, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar
- Exposure to international payroll and compliance considerations
Contract Details
- Immediate start preferred
- Initial 6-month contract
- Potential extension depending on project requirements
- International/global project exposure
