Gentech Recruitment is proud to partner with one of Omaghs most respected and long-established retail food businesses as they recruit aFood To Go Manager to lead their thriving fresh food operation.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced food retail or hospitality manager to step into a high impact role overseeing a busy deli, bakery, hot food counters, prep kitchen, chippy, coffee treats section, aa bar and ready-to-eat production.
What Youll Be Doing
- Leading day-to-day operations across multiple busy food departments
- Managing, motivating and developing a large team
- Driving sales, profitability and reducing waste
- Creating exciting new food offerings and seasonal products
- Managing rotas, staffing levels and team performance
- Maintaining exceptional customer service and food quality standards
- Overseeing stock control, ordering and supplier coordination
- Ensuring full HACCP, allergen and food hygiene compliance
- Keeping departments inspection-ready with 5-star hygiene standards
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and performance
What Were Looking For
- 3+ years management experience within food retail or hospitality
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- HACCP trained with Level 2 Food Safety minimum
- Knowledge of allergens and Natashas Law
- Experience managing stock, margins and busy operations
- Organised, hands-on and thrives in a fast-paced environment
