The Role

You will work on a broad range of high-quality and complex matters, including:

• Financial services litigation, including restructuring and insolvency matters
• Acting for creditors, Insolvency Practitioners and company directors
• Advising funders and creditors in contentious matters
• Complex commercial and corporate disputes
• Real estate litigation
• Breach of warranty claims and indemnity issues

This role offers excellent exposure to high-value litigation matters across Northern Ireland, with the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers while gaining early responsibility and client contact.

The Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland or another UK/Ireland jurisdiction
• Strong academic background and solid technical foundation
• Commercial litigation experience is advantageous but not essential
• Genuine interest in commercial litigation and dispute resolution
• Ambitious, proactive and keen to develop within a leading law firm
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach

Solicitors from other practice areas who have a clear interest in transitioning into commercial litigation are strongly encouraged to apply.
