Commercial Litigation Solicitor
Location: Northern Ireland

The Role
You will work on a broad range of high-quality and complex matters, including:
- Financial services litigation, including restructuring and insolvency matters
- Acting for creditors, Insolvency Practitioners and company directors
- Advising funders and creditors in contentious matters
- Complex commercial and corporate disputes
- Real estate litigation
- Breach of warranty claims and indemnity issues
This role offers excellent exposure to high-value litigation matters across Northern Ireland, with the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers while gaining early responsibility and client contact.
The Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland or another UK/Ireland jurisdiction
- Strong academic background and solid technical foundation
- Commercial litigation experience is advantageous but not essential
- Genuine interest in commercial litigation and dispute resolution
- Ambitious, proactive and keen to develop within a leading law firm
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
Solicitors from other practice areas who have a clear interest in transitioning into commercial litigation are strongly encouraged to apply.
