Key Requirements:

- Background in construction, modular homes, manufacturing, or related industries
- Strong leadership and operational skills
- Commercial and financial management experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in dealing with customers face to face and organising site tours
- Ability to guide and mentor employees
- Be involved in the onboarding of new employees
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety procedures
- Proven track record of improving production processes
