Audit Senior Belfast/Hybrid Competitive Salary (DOE)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Audit Senior to join a growing small-to-medium-sized accountancy practice. This role is ideal for a part-qualified or newly qualified accountant who is keen to develop their career within audit while gaining valuable client exposure in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Duties:
Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion
Prepare statutory accounts and assist with more complex engagements
Work closely with a diverse client portfolio, including specialist sectors
Act as a key point of contact for clients, building and maintaining relationships
Collaborate with colleagues across audit, accounts, and outsourcing teams
Support and mentor junior team members, including trainees
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes within the firm
Criteria:
Part-qualified or fully qualified (ACA/ACCA or equivalent)
Previous experience within an accountancy practice
Audit experience
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Proactive and adaptable approach to work
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
Keen to learn, develop, and progress within a growing practice
