As Head Bartender you will: Be expected to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and the bar Have an in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails and speciality drinks and take pride in learning our food menu as well Enjoy engaging with guests, getting to know our regulars and learning to anticipate their needs Our most successful Head Bartender has: A passion for food & beverage and drive to develop their skill set and knowledge Previous experience as a bartender in a busy restaurant environment Excellent communication skills Excellent service skills Someone who can create a memorable experience for our guests.
