Team Leader - Children's Residential Care

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Team Leader to support children and young people in a residential care setting, helping them achieve positive outcomes in a safe and nurturing environment.

Position: Team LeaderSalary: £29,737.50 to £30,712.50 per annum plus £2,000 joining bonusLocation: Derby / Burton upon TrentHours: Full time, permanentShift Pattern: 2 days on, 4 days offAdditional Payments: £50 sleep-in payment and enhanced overtime available

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Residential Care Worker or Team Leader to join a children's residential care service supporting young people with complex needs.

Working closely with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager, you will help lead and support the staff team while ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered at all times. This is a rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference to the lives of children and young people.
