Leadership Development & Coaching Partner

£65,000 | Onsite – 5 days | White City, London

We’re partnering with one of the UK’s most exciting high-growth fintech businesses to appoint a Leadership Development & Coaching Partner in a truly unique, high-impact role.

This is not a traditional L&D position and not a consulting-style coaching role. This is an embedded, hands-on opportunity where you’ll sit at the heart of the business, working shoulder-to-shoulder with managers in a fast-paced, sales-led environment—shaping leadership capability in real time.

If you’re someone who thrives in high-performance cultures, enjoys challenging senior stakeholders, and wants to directly influence business performance through people, this role offers the platform to make a genuine impact.

The Opportunity

You’ll work directly with managers across the UK business—from first-time leaders through to regional heads—helping them build high-performing teams, drive accountability, and lead with confidence.

This is a visible and commercially critical role, focused on:

  • Strengthening leadership capability
  • Improving performance conversations
  • Embedding consistent standards
  • Reducing early attrition

You’ll have the autonomy to shape initiatives, influence leadership behaviours, and implement real change in a scaling organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering and evolving a high-impact leadership development programme
  • Coaching managers 1:1 and in groups on performance, accountability and leadership
  • Supporting managers with probation processes, PIPs and performance management
  • Partnering with Sales and Training teams to drive leadership capability linked to revenue performance
  • Using data and insight to identify capability gaps and intervene early
  • Advising senior stakeholders on development priorities and risks
  • Embedding consistent leadership standards across a growing organisation

About You

  • Proven experience coaching managers in-house within a fast-paced, commercially driven (ideally sales-led) environment
  • Strong experience in performance coaching and navigating difficult conversations
  • Comfortable challenging and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Commercially aware, data-driven, and outcome-focused
  • Resilient, pragmatic and thrives in high-growth, evolving environments
  • Experience building or contributing to leadership programmes in scaling businesses

Why Join?

  • A high-impact, embedded role where you’ll see the results of your work daily
  • Opportunity to shape leadership capability at scale in a growing business
  • Work alongside ambitious, high-performing teams
  • A culture that values ownership, challenge, and continuous improvement

If you’re looking for a role where you can drive real behavioural change, influence performance, and make your mark in a high-growth business, we’d love to hear from you.
