Henry Richards London is a growing watch and jewellery retailer based in London, specialising in international watch brands and premium customer service.
We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our store at The O2.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about retail, sales, leadership, and luxury products to join a growing business with exciting future opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the store
- Leading and motivating the sales team
- Driving sales performance and achieving KPI targets
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Managing stock control and store operations
- Ensuring high visual merchandising standards
- Creating a premium shopping experience for customers
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Sales Manager in retail
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Sales-driven, organised, and proactive
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in watches, jewellery, fashion, or luxury retail is preferred
